1. How far is your office from the airport?
A: Our office is located about 5 minutes from the Cancun International Airport.

2. What time do you open and close?
A: Our office is open 7 days a week from 24 hours a day. Pick up and dropoff service is available free of charge at Cancun International Airport for your arrival, most other companies will charge you for airport fees which is usually 10% on top of your rate, we don’t. And we offer this service 24 hrs, so no matter what time your arrival or your departure time is, we can be there to go pick you up and take care of the rental or for your car return. 3. Do you offer a free shuttle service from Cancun International Airport?
A: Yes, we have our own shuttle service to pick you up from the airport to our office.

4. Can I drop off the car at my Hotel?
A:Yes, You can return the car at your Hotel with out any extra charge if you rented the car at least for 3 days.

5. What are your requirements to rent a car?
A: Our requirements are:

  • Renter must be 21 years old or older.
  • A valid driver's license issued in your State or Country is acceptable as well as International licenses.
  • A major credit or debit card (Visa or Master Card).
  • A passport (if you are from a foreign country).

6. What payment methods do you accept?
A: You can pay cash, credit card (Visa, Master Card or American Express) , or debit card (Visa Electron).

7. Can I use another persons credit card for renting a vehicle?
A: Yes, but the card holder must present themself with the proper ID to sign the rental contract.

8. Can I return the car in another City or Country as Belize(Drop-Off)?
A: If you choose to return your rented vehicle in another city then please ask us for dropoff fees. Most common are vehicle returns between Cancun and Playa del Carmen or Tulum, if this is your case, then a 20 usd. dropoff fee will be applied. All other cities or even at Belize is possible, but please ask for the current dropoff fees.

9. Are additional drivers permitted?
A: Yes, one to many additional drivers are allowed. Additional driver must meet the same age and driver license requirement and be present at the time of rental.Your rent includes up to 3 authorized additional drivers.

10. What type of taxes am I being charge for?
A: All the rates include the local al federal taxes (10%)

11. Do I have to pay Airport Fee, If I take the car at the airport?
A: We don't charge any airport tax or surcharges when you deliver the car at the airport. Other car rental companies will charge an additional "airport tax" that can increase your overall bill. Remember, No Hidden Costst renting with us.
