Insurances Policies (Included in your rate):
PLI.- Covers up to $85,000 usd for damage caused to third parties be they personal injury, death or material damage. The coverage only applies within mexican territory.
CDW and TP.- Covers Major damage or Loss damage to the vehicles. There is a deductible fee that applies in case of and accident of theft. This deductible fee is of the following amounts, according to the type of vehicle you are renting:
Minieconomy, Economy: $1,000 usd deductible
Compact, Midsize: $1,300 usd deductible
Intermediate, Fullsize, Convertible: $1,700 usd deductible
Minivans, Fullsize Vans: $2,500 usd deductible
Doesn´t cover partial damage of theft of accesories. The coverage only applies within mexican territory.
PAI.- Covers medical expenses and ambulance service, doctor and hospital expenses in case of an accident. Coverage is up to $30,000 usd limited of each event. Only applies within mexican territory.
Legal Assistance.- In case you get in trouble while on our country with our car
EPC 1.- Extended Coverage Protection. Only applies in Mexico:
Mini Dconomy, Economy: $450 usd deductible
Compact, Midsize:
$550 usd deductible
Intermediate, Fullsize, Convertible: $659 usd deductible
Minivans, Fullsize Vans: $1,200 usd deductible
Additional charge will be $7.50 usd per day all cars

Requirements
Additional Drivers
You may bring up to two additional drivers free of charge, whose names and signatures must be placed on the rental agreement.
Mileage and Gasoline
Unlimited Mileage is included in all of our rentals. The gas policy is the same level you receive it, the same level you bring back. Gas prices are the same in all Mexico, and there are only two kinds of gasoline, you can input the cheapest one. Cost per litter is about 7 pesos (about .70 cts. usd.) which would equal approximately 2.50 usd. per gallon.
Driving Restrictions
You may drive our vehicles within Mexico withouth restrictions. You may also visit our neighbor countries of Belize and Guatemala, for that effect, there are some special papers we need to give you in order to be able to cross the border.
Hours of Operation & Airport Fees
Pick up and dropoff service is available free of charge at Cancun International Airport for your arrival, most other companies will charge you for airport fees which is usually 10% on top of your rate, we don’t. And we offer this service 24 hrs, so no matter what time your arrival or your departure time is, we can be there to go pick you up and take care of the rental or for your car return.
Airport Shuttle
We have a shuttle to car service. Our airport office is located just 5 minutes from the airport. We meet you at the airport, and then we take you to our office to perform the rental agreement and paper work.
Not arriving by air?
If you require to be picked up somewhere different from the airport, just mention where you would like us to meet you in the comments section of the reservation form, and we will meet you at the time and place of your choice.
Pick up or dropoff in another city.
If you choose to return your rented vehicle in another city then please ask us for dropoff fees. Most common are vehicle returns between Cancun and Playa del Carmen or Tulum, if this is your case, then a 20 usd. dropoff fee will be applied. All other cities or even at Belize is possible, but please ask for the current dropoff fees.
Payment Methods:
When arriving to our office after your pick-up at the airport or any other specified place, we will perform the rental agreement and necessary paper work. You will be required a credit card and your driver´s licence.
You may perform your payment with any major credit or debit card, as long as it is a Visa, MasterCard or American Express, or you could also pay in cash. When paying with cash, we still need a credit card on which we will put a hold of 600 usd. (on hold, not charged) as a guarantee.
Cash Deposit Rentals
The following cash deposits are required for the different types of vehicles:
From Mini Economy to Compact vehicles: 600 usd.
Mid-Size vehicles: 700 usd.
Full Size and Jeep Wranglers: 800 usd.
Vans and Minivans: 1,000. usd.
Also, as a guarantee, we require you to leave your original passport with us, or your plane tickets. We do this only on cash deposit rentals because it is a vehicle that you are taking and we need to make sure you bring it back at the end of the rental period.
Refund Policy
Before picking up the vehicle:
There is no charge for refunds, since we never charge before the customer actually picks up the car. Therefore there is no cost for cancelled reservations.
After picking up the vehicle:
If for any reason the customer returns the vehicle before the stated date of return in the rental agreement, a reimbursement for the rental fee will proceed, however, the cost of the insurances and taxes is not refundable.
